These Terms of Service govern access to and use of BOS websites, applications, hosted services, MCP services, integrations, and related offerings operated by Infinite State Machines LLC.
BOS provides business-operating software, AI-assisted workflows, MCP services, application interfaces, and managed connections to third-party providers. Features may be described as beta, preview, staging, or pre-release and may change as the services develop.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you access BOS for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. References to “you” include that organization where applicable.

You may not use BOS to:
You retain your rights in data you or your authorized users submit to BOS. You grant Infinite State Machines LLC the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, support, and improve the services for you. Our handling of personal information is described in the BOS Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for obtaining any notices, consents, and permissions required for the data and provider accounts you connect to BOS.
BOS may connect with services such as Google, communications providers, payment providers, customer-management platforms, and other systems selected or authorized by you. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, changes, account restrictions, or independent data practices.
Fees, usage limits, service levels, subscription periods, and payment terms may be stated in an order form, subscription checkout, proposal, or other written commercial agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that conflict.
BOS, its software, workflows, documentation, designs, and branding are owned by Infinite State Machines LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and any applicable commercial agreement, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the services for your authorized internal business purposes.
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.
We may update, improve, restrict, or discontinue features. We work to operate BOS reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Beta, preview, and staging features may have additional limitations and should be evaluated appropriately before use in critical workflows.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOS is provided “as is” and “as available.” Infinite State Machines LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. BOS outputs, including AI-assisted outputs, may be incomplete or inaccurate and require appropriate human review before consequential action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinite State Machines LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to BOS.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from or related to BOS will not exceed the amount you paid to Infinite State Machines LLC for the affected services during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits it.
You may stop using BOS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, nonpayment, provider restriction, or discontinuation of the applicable service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or BOS will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date when changes are published. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or the contact information associated with your account. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any applicable written commercial agreement constitute the agreement concerning the services they cover. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
